For starters, salmon oil has one of the highest concentrations of Omega 3 essential fats. Omega 3 has shown to be of great help to have a healthy heart, boost energy levels, supports the immune, brain and nervous systems and helps your skin to keep the youthful glow. It is also found to help people with arthritis and joint pain.
One thing to consider, when taking salmon oil or eating the fish: be aware of the mercury levels found in it (although wild catch is recommended by doctors and nutritionists)high levels could be dangerous, mainly in children and pregnant women.
