Serves 4-6

1 Cup of each:


Black Berries


Maqui berries


Goji berries

Cherries (no pits)

Your Choice of one of the following:

1 1/2 Cup of Soy Bean milk, Almond milk, low fat milk, lactose free milk


1/2 cup of plain low fat yogurt or vanilla flavored


Add to blender all berries, your choice of milk and blend on ice crush or higher setting until smooth.

This is a powerful smoothie for immunity and  for energy boost. Perfect for breakfast. Berries are high on antioxidants, amino acids. These delicious fruits have a powerful mix of Vitamins: B1, B2, B6 and Vitamins C and K. Provide trace minerals like manganese, iodine, folate, omega 3, magnesium and copper.

Berries as part of a daily balanced diet, are a great addition to help in the fight against illness and reducing risk of heart disease. A great addition to help fight aging process and oxidation.
