Twisted Christmas

Servings: 4 - 6



1 1/2 cup of green tea

2 cups of guava juice

1 cup pineapple juice

2 lemon juice

Mint sprigs - decoration

6 oz of your favorite rum - we like Captain Morgan white rum




Combine tea, guava juice, pineapple juice and lemon and mix well. Add the rum (add more or less to taste) Serve in tall glasses with ice. Garnish with mint sprigs.


Sparkle and shimmer mix

Servings: about 4 quarts



3 1/2 cups sparkling apple cider

1 1/2 apricot juice cold

2 papayas peeled and chopped

1 orange sliced and quartered

6 oz of vodka

ice cubes



In a punch bowl combine all ingredients: apple cider, apricot juice and vodka. Mix together. Add papayas and oranges slices to the mix and blend. Serve in tall glasses with ice cubes. Garnish with lemon rings.

White Christmas martini

Servings: about 12 martini glasses



3 cups of  cold water

1 pint of coconut ice cream and 1 pint of pineapple sherbert

lemon seltzer water - 1 1/4 cups

3/4 teaspoon coconut extract

cinnamon sticks

choice of gin and vermouth or vodka - add 1 1/2 oz per serving (adjust accordingly)




Combine water, ice cream and juice in a bowl or pitcher. Blend until ice cream is melted and all ingredients are blended. Stir in seltzer lemon water and coconut extract. Blend and add vodka or gin and vermouth. Serve in martini glasses and add a cinnamon stick to each glass as garnish.

Mojito tres reyes

servings: 1 - individual serving, adjust for more servings



1 lime wedge

3 oz. tonic water

1 oz. cranberry juice

1/2 to 1 tbsp of sugar

1 1/2 oz white rum

6-7 mint leaves



In a highball or collins glass muddle lime, sugar and mint leaves. Add rum, cranberry then add the tonic water and stir to blend all. Add ice and serve with a straw. Add mint for garnish.
