Roasted Vegetables - Side dish

Roasted vegetables dish, this is a simple, yet delicious recipe. Nonetheless is a nutritious side dish for your Thanksgiving dinner. The best part is that you can add or replace the vegetables as you wish and it will come out delicious. 1 pound each of the following vegetables:
carrots (you can also use baby carrots)
1/4 olive oil
3-4 garlic chopped
1 big or 2 medium onions, choped
2 teaspoon brown sugar
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 teaspoon rosemary leaves, chopped
Preheat oven to 425. Peel and wash turnips and potatoes and cut into chunks.
In a bowl, combine oil, salt, pepper, garlic, brown sugar and onion. Add all the vegetables, allowing the mix to coat the vegetables. Arrange in single layer on shallow baking dish or pan.
Bake for 55-65 minutes until tender, stirring once or twice. Serve as a side dish with your Thanksgiving dinner or anytime! Great with fish, chicken or pork!
